Tanushree Mukherjee Shanbhag is a seasoned professional in diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Symmetra since October 2022. In this role, Tanushree partners with global clients to foster inclusive leadership and culture. Prior to this, Tanushree founded Mindset212, focusing on leadership development and coaching, and facilitated the #IamRemarkable initiative to empower women and underrepresented groups. Volunteer efforts include leading training expansions for KeyNote - Women Speakers Directory in APAC and International.
