Rich Kucera

Rich Kucera has had a varied work experience. In 2018, they became the CEO and Co-founder of Symmetric Health Solutions. From 2012 to 2018, they worked at Accenture in various roles, including Manager Management Consulting, Management Consultant, Senior Analyst, and Analyst. In 2011, they were a Market Research Intern at Direct Energy, where they saved the company 15,000 dollars by developing software (using VB and SQL) to automate call center reporting, worked with market insights (Dun & Bradstreet software) to find customer leads, and used statistical analysis to increase lead quality for the sales team.

Rich Kucera obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Carnegie Mellon University in 2012. Rich double majored in Business Administration and Physics. Rich also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Accenture.
