James W. has extensive experience in finance and investment management, currently serving as a Portfolio Manager at Symmetry Investments since November 2015, progressing through various roles including Associate and Assistant Portfolio Manager, as well as Trader. Prior to this, James held the position of Assistant Vice President - Emerging Markets Local Rates Trader at Barclays Investment Bank from May 2013 to November 2015. Earlier roles included Graduate Placement Engineer at QinetiQ, Senior Student with Oxford University Air Squadron, and multiple internships at prestigious firms such as Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan. James holds a Master's degree in Engineering Science from the University of Oxford, obtained between 2008 and 2012, along with foundational education from Eltham College from 2000 to 2007.
