Kevin Hayes began their work experience in 1988 as a Product Development Engineer at Zimmer. In 1994, they moved to Wright Medical Technology where they held the position of Director of Knee Product Development until 1999. From 1999 onwards, Kevin worked at Tecomet Inc. as the Senior Director of NPD.
Kevin Hayes attended Purdue University from 1982 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology.
