Britney Holmes

Britney Holmes has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Britney began their career in 2013 as an Assistant Store Manager at Sperry, where they provided excellent customer service and monitored sales activities. From 2008 to 2014, Britney served in the United States Marine Corps as a Bulk Fuel Specialist. Following that, they worked as a Medical Biller at NEW HOPE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CENTER from 2011 to 2016. In 2014, Britney also worked as a Clinical Data Quality Specialist II at Celerion.

Britney transitioned into the veterinary field, starting as a Veterinary Technician at Orangewood Animal Hospital from 2016 to 2017 and then at The Scottsdale Veterinary Clinic from 2017 to 2019. During these roles, they assisted veterinarians in providing care for animals, including performing tasks such as blood draws, radiographs, and vaccine administration.

In 2019, Britney joined Abrazo Health as a Patient Service Representative, where they answered inbound calls and provided quality customer service to patients. Britney then moved on to Zocdoc, where they held multiple roles. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Service Operations Associate, and from 2020 to 2021, they served as an Enterprise Client Success Associate, focusing on driving feature adoption and training customers on best practices. From 2021 to 2022, Britney worked as an Enterprise Client Success Manager at Zocdoc, owning a book of business and maintaining high levels of customer engagement.

Most recently, Britney joined eVisit as a Customer Success Manager in 2021. In this role, they maintained a deep understanding of the product, executed post-launch activities for enterprise customers, and proactively identified and prioritized customers based on perceived risk and growth potential.

Britney Holmes completed their high school education at Wickenburg High School from 2002 to 2006, earning a high school diploma. Britney then attended the U.S. Army Quartmaster School of Engineering in 2009, specializing in Bulk Fuel. In 2011 to 2012, Britney obtained a Certificate in Medical Insurance Specialist/Medical Biller from Carrington College-Mesa. In 2016 to 2017, they pursued General Studies at Phoenix College, completing an AGEC-S degree. Finally, from 2018 to 2021, Britney studied Public Health at Grand Canyon University, achieving a Bachelor of Science degree.
