Noah Stephenson

Noah Stephenson has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Noah most recently worked as an Enterprise Account Executive at Symmetry Software since August 2022. In this role, they sold payroll tax software solutions to large enterprise organizations and payroll vendors.

Prior to that, Noah worked as a Major Accounts District Manager at ADP from June 2021 to August 2022. Noah focused on identifying HCM opportunities through the CPA channel and selling a suite of 40+ SaaS products and services to C-level executives.

From October 2019 to June 2021, Noah served as the Director of Sales at Denali HR, a start-up environment. Noah managed a team and various processes, including marketing, sales, payroll, and human resources. Noah successfully onboarded new clients for payroll and HR outsourcing and achieved approximately 10 new logos.

Before joining Denali HR, Noah worked as a Senior Account Executive at Kelly Services from July 2018 to September 2019. In this role, they achieved 211% of the revenue goal for the Engineering market and won the Commercial Vertical Sales Award for 2018. Noah successfully developed new business and added two accounts generating $11.5 million annually.

Noah's experience also includes working at G&A Partners as an Account Executive (Business Advisor) from May 2016 to June 2018. Noah managed a team and achieved 300% of the sales goal, generating $12 million in the first year. Noah focused on driving sales revenue for payroll and HR services through the identification of opportunities within their assigned territory.

At the onset of their career, Noah worked as a National Account Executive for various Physician Staffing companies from December 2008 to May 2016. Noah was responsible for hunting new regional and national accounts, with a specialty focus on Hospitalist, Emergency Medicine, Surgery, Psychiatry, and Primary Care. Noah also managed ongoing client relationships after onboarding new logos.

Noah Stephenson attended Utah Valley University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 2008. Noah then pursued a Master of Science degree in Global Enterprise & International Affairs from the University of Utah, completing it in 2011. In 2020, Noah enrolled at The Johns Hopkins University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree in Organizational Leadership, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Additionally, Noah obtained a certification in Master of Business Administration from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School in December 2022.
