Michael Johnson

Michael Johnson SHRM-CP has extensive experience in recruitment and coaching across various organizations. Currently serving as a Recruiter at Symons Fire Protection, Inc. since December 2021, Michael previously held the position of Recruiting Coordinator at Hawthorne Cat from October 2018 to December 2021. Michael also contributed to the San Marcos Unified School District as an Assistant Basketball Coach, Assistant Football Coach, and College and Career Center Advisor since August 2005. Earlier roles include HR Coordinator at Welk Resort Group from February 2015 to July 2016 and Human Resources Assistant at UC San Diego Health System from August 2013 to February 2015. Michael's educational background includes studies at CSUSM Extended Learning from 2017 to 2021 and at Palomar College from 1997 to 1999.
