Why the name Sympatheia Growth? 

The growth part is simple: we are your partner in revenue growth. 

What does sympatheia mean? First of all, it's pronounced as sympathy + uh. Sympatheia is the Stoic idea that "all things are interwoven with each other and therefore have an affinity for each other." For bonus points: In Greek it's spelled out συμπάθεια. 

Startups all want the same thing: revenue growth. What they need is the knowledge and experience of a senior SaaS leader with a track record of building and implementing successful revenue GTM... but hiring that level of talent can be very expensive and unbelievably risky it doesn't work out. If you go the first-time VP of Sales route, there's a ~70% chance they will fail.
