Larry Cohen

Larry Cohen, CPA, has extensive experience in tax compliance and planning for high-income, high-net-worth individuals, as well as complex partnership structures. Currently retired since December 2022 from Symphona, Cohen has also served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Education Foundation of the Georgia Society of CPAs since June 2015. Prior to retirement, Cohen held the position of Senior Tax Manager at Verner & Associates from January 2012 to December 2022 and was a member of Worsham & Sammons from December 1996 to December 2011. Additionally, Cohen was a member of the Board of Directors for the Georgia Society of CPAs from June 2008 to May 2011. An alumnus of Case Western Reserve University, Cohen earned a BA in Biology in 1973.
