Gaurav Khetan is the founder and director of SYMPHONI HR since March 2003. Prior to that, they worked as a deputy manager at Deloitte from 2001 to 2003, where they were involved in IT consulting assignments and controls review for Fortune 500 clients. Gaurav also worked as an assistant manager at Single Point Associates for a brief period in 2001. Before that, they were a consultant at Ernst & Young from 1998 to 2000, where they handled post-implementation reviews for clients such as Hindustan Lever Ltd. and DHL.

Gaurav Khetan completed their SSC at Tarapur Vidya Mandir from 1987 to 1993. Gaurav then pursued HSC at Tarapur Atomic Junior College from 1993 to 1995. Gaurav obtained a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Chinai College of Commerce & Economics from 1995 to 1998. Finally, they pursued the Chartered Accountant program at ICAI from 2001 to 2002.

What differentiates us from many of our peers is a focus on fewer clients and a specialized organizational structure. Focusing on a few clients at a given point in time makes for better service quality and raises or ability to deliver tailored solutions. Our teams are structured into Account Managers, Research Analysts, Sector Specialists and Consultants & Coordinators. Specialization helps with a quicker turn around time and accuracy of search.
