Pratiksha Pai

Pratiksha Pai started their work experience in 2008 as an HR Recruiter at ICICI Securities, where they were responsible for end-to-end recruitment, candidate screening and scheduling interviews. Pratiksha then worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Jetserve Enterprises from 2009 to 2011, handling recruitment for reputed private sector banks and coordinating with clients. Since 2011, Pratiksha has been working at SYMPHONI HR as a Client Manager (Team Lead) in TA / Planning & Strategy - IT & Non-IT Hiring, where they manage a team of recruiters, handles new business acquisition, client relationship management, and team management.

Pratiksha Pai completed their primary and secondary education from St. Francis English High School from 1992 to 2003, obtaining their SSC degree. Pratiksha then pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Commerce from Thakur College of Science and Commerce, Mumbai University, from 2003 to 2008. In 2020, Pratiksha earned an additional certification in Executive Leadership from LinkedIn.
