Sweta Bohra has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Client Partner for Relationship Management and Head of Human Capital at SYMPHONI HR since August 2015. Prior roles at the same company include Head of HR Operations and Senior Manager of HR, alongside earlier positions as Manager HR. Sweta's career began at HEADHUNTERS HR, where tenure spanned from November 2006 to April 2023, advancing from HR Executive to Assistant Manager HR and Chief Consultant. Sweta holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics and Accountancy from Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University and completed matriculation at the Assembly of God Church School.
