Catalina Diaz Sierra

Catalina Diaz Sierra has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Catalina began their career as a Call Center Agent at Sitel in 2014, before moving on to become a Regional Advisor at Cultural Care Au Pair. In 2017, they took on the role of Project Manager at Fundación 180 R&B, followed by Artist and Label Relations at Bquate in 2018. In 2019, they became Directora Administrativa at Taller DS, and in 2020 they worked as a Research Assistant at Symphonic Distribution. Most recently, in 2021, they took on the roles of Client Manager and Client Support Coordinator at Symphonic Distribution, as well as Artist & Label Services Manager LATAM at Downtown Music Services.

Catalina Diaz Sierra attended Universidad EAN from 2012 to 2018, studying Lenguas modernas. Catalina also holds a Diplomado from Politécnico de Colombia in CRM.
