VP, Client Relations at Symphonic Distribution

Julio Brea Perez has held a variety of roles in the technology industry since 1997. Julio began their career at AT&T Wireless Services as a Retail Sales Manager in 1997. In 2004, they joined CA Inc (formerly Computer Associates) as a Telesales Executive for Latin America. In 2007, they joined Symphonic Distribution as the VP of Client Relations. In this role, they were responsible for assessing and managing the risk associated with clients, as well as meeting and exceeding client and company goals for each account, target, and objective. Julio also led and directed customer service teams to assure achievement of the company, the team as well as individual goals. In 2011, they were promoted to Head of Client Relations and Content Operations, where they served as the main point of contact between clients and employees, evaluated the needs of clients and developed plans to meet them, and addressed any concerns or issues a client may have and worked with account managers or leadership to resolve them. In 2016, they were promoted again to Director of Sales and Support, where they handled all aspects of sales and support operations for Symphonic Distribution, developed strategies for overall growth while managing symphonic's retailer accounts and direct clients, and oversaw all daily operations including the creation and management of projects for improved operational efficiency and market positioning.

Julio Brea Perez attended Hillsborough Community College from 2006 to 2008, where they earned a CIS in Computer Science.
