Randall Foster

Chief Creative Officer (CCO) at Symphonic Distribution

Randall Foster has a long history of experience in the music industry. In 2005, they began their career as a Licensing Production Assistant at MTV Latin America. Randall then moved on to become the Director of Licensing & Business Development at Naxos of America in the same year. In 2014, they became the Sr. Director of Creative Sync and Licensing at ole Rights Management. In 2019, they assumed the role of Chief Creative Officer (CCO) and Vice President Business Development & GM, Nashville Office at Symphonic Distribution. Randall also held the role of Strategy and Leadership at both Bodega Sync and Streaming Promotions, both of which were acquired by Symphonic Distribution. In 2022, Randall Foster was accepted as a Member of the Class of 2023 at Leadership Music.

Randall Foster obtained a Masters of Music from the University of Miami in 2005, with a field of study in Music Business and Entertainment Industries. Randall had previously obtained a Bachelor of General Studies from The University of Kansas in 2002, with a field of study in Theirtory, Sociology, and a Minor in Music Theirtory. In 2012, they also obtained a certification in Bullet Proof Management from Crestcom.
