Rebecca Graff (Russell) has extensive experience in the corporate world. Rebecca began their career in 2001 as an Associate at Stonehenge Capital. Rebecca then moved to Raymond James in 2004 as an Investment Banking Associate, where they worked on public offerings, debt offerings, sell side M&A, buy side M&A and private placements across multiple industries. In 2008, they became an Assistant Vice President at Raymond James Bank. In 2010, they joined World Triathlon Corporation as Vice President - Global Event Services and Analytics, where they controlled race inventory, created and implemented new customer service programs, monitored registration trends and worked with treasury team on cash flow forecasting. In 2019, they were appointed Chief Operating Officer at Symphonic Distribution, a 100% independent music distribution and marketing company. In this role, they have paid millions in royalty revenue to artists and grown the service offering to include video distribution and optimization, sync services, marketing and creative design services and YouTube services.

Rebecca Graff (Russell) attended Furman University from 1997 to 1999, studying International Economics. Rebecca then transferred to the University of Florida, where they obtained a BS in International Economics in 2001.
