Ryan G.

Ryan G. has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Ryan started their career as a Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs in 2001 and 2002, where they designed and coded Visual Basic applications for automated phone attendants. During their time at Morgan State University in 2001-2003, they worked as a Junior Web Designer.

From 2003 to 2004, Ryan worked at TAG as a Technical Support Engineer (Tier 3), providing phone support for Direcway Internet Service and handling bill payments and disputes.

Ryan then joined Bank of Jamaica in 2004, where they served as an Application Specialist, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the bank's corporate website and intranet. Ryan also provided user support for the bank's supervisory system, served as the systems administrator for the facilities management system (Archibus), and played a role in deploying Microsoft Business Intelligence within the bank. Additionally, they troubleshooted, resolved, and documented application issues and provided user training for in-house and off-the-shelf software.

In 2013, Ryan joined HealthPlan Services as a PHP Developer until 2018. During their time there, they worked on PHP development projects.

Finally, they joined Symphonic Distribution in November 2018 as the Web Team Lead, where they currently work.

Ryan G. completed their Diploma at CAMPION COLLEGE from 1989 to 1996. Later, they attended Morgan State University from 1999 to 2003, earning a Bsc in Computer Science.
