Mladen Koncarevic

Mladen Koncarevic has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Mladen is currently the Head of Tools and Processes at symphony.is, where they are responsible for managing all tools and applications used in the company and ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Administration at symphony.is, handling essential documents and implementing procedures in accordance with legal requirements. Mladen also has experience as a Founding Partner at A2ML Recruiting and held different positions at Arena Sport TV, including Program Director, Main Program Coordinator, and Program Coordinator. Mladen started their career as a Supply Chain Manager at Universiade Belgrade 2009.

Mladen Koncarevic obtained their High School Diploma from XV Belgrade Gimnasium, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Subsequently, they pursued further education at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences Belgrade, completing a Master's degree in Project Management from 2003 to 2008.
