Olivera Zdelar

Olivera Zdelar has extensive work experience in various roles, primarily in the IT industry. Olivera is currently employed at symphony.is as a Delivery Director. Prior to this, they worked at Levi9 IT Services for several years, starting as a Software Engineer and eventually becoming a Delivery Director. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring service achievement and customer satisfaction, as well as managing operational issues and resource allocation. Before joining Levi9 IT Services, Olivera worked at Banca Intesa ad Beograd as a Senior Developer and at Euro Prima as a Sales Manager. Olivera also has experience at Public Utility Informatika, where they served as a Manager of R&D department and started as a Software Engineer.

Olivera Zdelar completed their education from 1989 to 1995 at the Univerzitet u Novom Sadu, where they earned a Master of Technical Sciences degree. Olivera'sfield of study was the Faculty of Technical Sciences, specifically the Mechanical Department with a focus on Automatization and Computer Sciences. Prior to their university studies, Olivera attended Matematicka Gimnazija Sremska Mitrovica in 1988. Olivera did not obtain a degree from this institution.

In addition to their formal education, Olivera has obtained several certifications. In 2022, they received the WSET Level 1 certification from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust. Olivera also completed the Professional Agile Leadership - Evidence-Based Management course and the Professional Agile Leadership I course from Scrum.org, both in November 2022. In 2020, they obtained the Design Thinking Fundamentals certification from DesignThinkers Academy Eastern Europe. Furthermore, Olivera holds the Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org, which they obtained in November 2011. Olivera'searliest certification is the PRINCE2™ 2017 Practitioner, which they received from APMG International in October 2008.
