Josh Warren

Josh Warren currently holds the position of President at Transact, a division of Symphony Risk Solutions, since January 2025. With extensive experience in the insurance and risk management sectors, Warren previously served as the Transaction Advisory Practice Leader - West Series at Lockton Companies and led the M&A Advisory Practice at Newfront Insurance and The ABD Team. Warren's early career includes significant roles at Equity Risk Partners, where leadership of the Global M&A Practice was a highlight, and as an Account Executive at Mesirow Financial. Warren holds an MBA in Management from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a BS in Secondary Education from Millikin University.
