Mike started their career as an Information Technology Consultant at Intelek Technologies in 2000, where they worked until 2003. From 2003 to 2007, they served as a Senior Analyst / Java Developer at Mercury Insurance. Since 2007, Mike has been working as the Vice President of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science at Symphony Talent.
Mike Hargrove earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Management from Oklahoma Baptist University in 2000. Mike then went on to complete their Master of Business Administration with a focus on International Business at the same university in 2008.
