Roberto Pimenta

Roberto Pimenta is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in various technical roles. Currently serving as a Security Engineer at Symphony Talent since July 2020, Roberto has previously held positions including Systems Support Engineer and Associate Systems Support Engineer at SmashFly Technologies, as well as IT Helpdesk Engineer at Amazon Robotics. Other past roles include IT End User Technologist at Everbridge, Application Support Analyst and IT Support Desk Analyst at Puma North America, Inc., and IT Assistant at Acton Medical Associates, PC. Early in Roberto's career, experience was gained as Supervisor in the Housekeeping Department and Maintenance Technician at Newbury Court. Roberto holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and an Associate's degree in Liberal Studies with a focus on Information Technology from Middlesex Community College.
