Amay currently serves in Investments and Research at STG – Symphony Technology Group since January 2024. Previously, Amay held positions in Strategic Initiatives and M&A at Tech Mahindra from January 2023 to January 2024 and led Corporate Development at Board Infinity from November 2021 to January 2023, where notable accomplishments included the acquisition of Leadup. Amay also has experience in Corp Dev (Mergers and Acquisitions) at Tata Consultancy Services and in Corporate Development at Comviva, where responsibilities included engaging with investment bankers, conducting due diligence, and preparing valuation models. Early career experience includes a role as a Software Development Engineer at Jabong. Amay holds an MBA in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and an exchange MBA from the Norwegian School of Economics, alongside a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology.
