Rushi Kulkarni

Rushi Kulkarni is a Managing Director with STG. Prior to STG, Rushi spent over ten years in investment banking advising software companies, private equity, and venture capital clients on a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and public equity offerings. Rushi helped lead and manage STG’s investment in Cadmium, Caseworthy, Trace One, and RSA.
