Kip Allardt

Kip Allardt has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and positions. Kip currently holds the role of Head of Research and Market Intelligence at Symphony, where they advise and supports the sales organization in improving market knowledge and operational efficiency. Prior to Symphony, Kip worked as a Consultant at StreetLinx Inc., focusing on sales strategy, business development, and operational best practices.

Kip has also held various roles at Discovery Capital Management LLC, including Global Relationship Manager, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and Consultant. In these positions, they established and ran compliance programs, monitored and corrected incompliant behavior, and was a founding member of The Regulatory Compliance Association.
