Ryan Buck has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Ryan is currently the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at SymphonyAI, where they lead the recruitment efforts for the enterprise AI company. Prior to this, they worked at AppFolio, Inc. as a Senior Manager and Manager of Technical Recruiting, contributing to the company's innovation and cloud-based products. Ryan also served as the Manager of Global Recruiting Operations & Strategy at Rocket Fuel Inc., where they played a key role in establishing a development center in Prague and saved the company millions of dollars on headcount spend. Earlier in their career, they worked at Lithium Technologies as a Recruiting Operations Lead, focusing on entry-level positions and improving the candidate experience. Ryan's background also includes experience as a Senior Operations Manager at BlueFirePoker, where they managed all day-to-day operations.

Ryan Buck completed their Bachelor of Science in Education with a focus on Kinesiology and Exercise Science at The University of Texas-Pan American from 2003 to 2006. Ryan then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Management at the same university from 2006 to 2009.
