Vipul Jain

Vipul Jain has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Vipul is currently working as the VP - Services at SymphonyAI since August 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Principal (VP) - IT at Axtria - Ingenious Insights from December 2020 to July 2022. Vipul also held the position of Sr Director - Global Cloud Operations at Blue Yonder from August 2016 to November 2020, where they provided global leadership for cloud Infra operations and managed a team supporting a $250M cloud business. Before that, they were the Head - IT at Birlasoft from January 2012 to August 2016. Vipul's previous roles include Sr Director - Managed Services at Symphony Services, Senior Service Delivery Manager - IT Infra Services at HP, and Infrastructure Consultant at Infosys Technologies Limited.

Vipul Jain completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics & Telecom from SGSITS, Indore in the years 1990-1994. Vipul then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Management from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research from 1996-1998. After a gap, Vipul Jain went on to obtain their PhD in Information Technology from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, where they studied from 2012-2019. In terms of certifications, they obtained various credentials including Oracle and Microsoft certifications related to cloud infrastructure, artificial intelligence, data analysis, and bias management. Vipul Jain also completed the ITIL v4 Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
