Manoj Kumar Kakkatil has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, starting from Senior Software Engineer at Multitude Technologies in Dubai in 2002. Manoj Kumar then worked with Axentis as a Lead Software Engineer and with Neighborhood America as a Contractor before joining the Wolters Kluwer Financial and Compliance Services Software Pvt Ltd as a Technical Lead in 2009. Kakkatil then worked with emids as Senior Architect for four years, followed by Specialist Resources Global, where they served as Senior Architect and then as Enterprise Architect. Manoj Kumar briefly worked with Neudesic as Senior Consultant III before their current role as Vice President of Technology at WellStack, starting in 2023.
Manoj Kumar Kakkatil earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Christ College, Kerala in 1998. Manoj Kumar then pursued a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Periyar University from 1998-2001, specializing in Computer Science. Throughout their career, they have obtained several certifications including becoming a Certified SAFe® 5 Architect from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2021, being Togaf 9 Certified by The Open Group in 2017, becoming MongoDB Certified DBA / Developer M101P/M102 by MongoDB in 2014, and achieving Microsoft Certified Professional Web Developer 4.0 from Microsoft in 2011.
