Jason Chukwura

Jason Chukwura has diverse work experience in various industries. Jason started their career as an Event Management Specialist at CROSSMARK from May 2016 to January 2018. Jason then worked as a Retail Sales Specialist at On-Site Marketing from July 2018 to November 2018. After that, they were an Outside Sales Representative at Just Energy from November 2018 to May 2019. From May 2019 to November 2019, they worked as a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program Worker at Community Wellness Center. Jason then joined SHEPPARD PRATT HOSPITAL as a Mental Health Worker from January 2020 to October 2020. Jason also worked as a Tech Fellow at Flockjay from February 2021 to May 2021, where they helped retrain job seekers and facilitate their transition to tech sales roles. Jason then became an Account Executive at Uber from June 2021 to January 2022, where they focused on developing partnerships with restaurants in Baltimore and enriching the selection on Uber Eats. Currently, Jason is working as a Sales Consultant at Symplicity, where they provide educational technology software solutions to colleges and universities in the United States. Jason is responsible for lead generation, outreach calls, follow-up contacts, attending conferences, and executing business plans to achieve revenue goals.

Jason Chukwura began their education journey in 2013 at Coppin State University, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology in 2014. Jason continued their studies at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University from 2015 to 2018, earning a Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy.

In addition to their formal education, Jason has pursued various certifications in different fields. In November 2021, they obtained the Agile Scrum Master certification from Simplilearn and the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from the International Scrum Institute™. In April 2021, they completed Flockjay's Sales Development Representative Program.

Jason has also acquired several certifications from IBM, including "IoT - Optimize Equipment with AI - Introduction" and "Maximo Application Suite Sales Foundation," which they obtained in August 2022. Jason achieved the "IBM Security Verify - Sales Intermediate" certification in July 2022. Furthermore, they completed the Sales Engineer certification from Careerist in February 2023.

Lastly, they obtained the "Insurance Consultant, Life" certification from the State of Maryland in May 2023.
