Nancy Ocken

Nancy Ocken currently serves as a Customer Relationship Executive at symplr, focusing on developing and maintaining deep relationships with customers to maximize their investment in symplr solutions. Previously, Nancy held various roles at Right at Home, including Business Technology Strategic Director, where technology strategies were developed to align with the company's business objectives, and as Business Development Manager, facilitating a national referral network for franchisees. Earlier experience includes serving as an Account Executive at NEI Global Relocation, managing corporate clients' relocation benefits, and as Owner, Director of Human Resources, and Business Manager at FirstLight HomeCare of Omaha, overseeing comprehensive operations and financial management. Nancy holds a BA in Broadcast Journalism and Psychology from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln, and a MAT in Teaching with endorsements in Middle & High School Language Arts and Social Sciences from the College of Saint Mary.
