Anna Pospisilova

Anna Pospisilova is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in people and culture management. Currently serving as a Senior People Experience Partner at Sympower, Anna is responsible for establishing the company's first People Experience Partnering model within a diverse, remote-first cleantech environment. Previously, Anna worked as a Senior People & Culture Consultant at Road, focusing on employee relations and learning and development initiatives. A significant tenure at Spotzer Digital included roles as HR Business Partner, HR Manager, and HR Generalist, where Anna led HR strategy, managed payroll and employee engagement, and implemented change management across multiple regions. Earlier experience at Laureate Education, Inc. involved onboarding and retention, alongside recruitment and sales consulting. Anna holds a Master of Science degree in Cultures, Organizations & Management with a focus on Diversity Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Humanities from Univerzita Karlova.
