Charlotte Hanna

Charlotte Hanna is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in customer retention and relationship management. Currently serving as Head of Retention and Head of CRM at Symprove Ltd since June 2021, Charlotte has previously held significant roles at Hotelplan UK Ltd as Senior CRM & Digital Marketing Manager and Group CRM Manager from December 2014 to May 2021. Prior experiences include positions as Senior Direct Marketing Executive at Thomas Sanderson and Account Manager at acquity, alongside earlier work as a Marketing Executive at Vision Critical. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Brand Management from the University for the Creative Arts and a CIM Professional Diploma in Marketing from Farnborough College of Technology.
