Lauren Windas

Lauren Windas is an accomplished Clinical Nutritionist and Naturopath, co-founding ARDERE LIMITED and operating Lauren Windas Nutrition since September 2018. In addition to these roles, Lauren serves as a Resident Nutritional Therapist at Fitspace and a Brand Ambassador for Symprove. Previous experience includes front desk staff positions at Bodyism and Tanya's, as well as a marketing and promotions campaign manager role at Campus Industries, where engagement with university communities was a key responsibility. Lauren's education includes a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from Newcastle University and training in clinical nutrition and naturopathy from CNM College of Naturopathic Medicine, among other qualifications.
