Adrija Choudhury is a Master's student currently engaged as a Master Thesis Student at Yeasty since January 2023. Previous experience includes a Product Development Internship at GREIGE OFFICINE, where research was conducted on collagen and vegan collagen peptides were formulated. As a Social Media Coordinator at Ooble Innovations, Adrija generated social media content. An internship at Mycovation focused on the standardization of mycelium growth and food product development, while an internship at ITC Limited aimed at reducing the giveaway of Mom's Magic biscuits. A brief internship at WAMUL provided hands-on experience in the dairy processing industry's QC lab. Adrija holds a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology from Vellore Institute of Technology and an Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters in Food Innovation and Product Design, alongside various further education pursuits in food business and product development across renowned institutions in Europe.
