Aylwyn Gan

Aylwyn Gan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Aylwyn started their career as a Project Officer at the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) from 2013 to 2014. They then worked as a Human Resources Staffing Consultant at Career International from 2014 to 2015. Aylwyn later joined Aegis Group, where they served as the APAC HR Lead for Technology & Consumers from 2015 to 2017 and subsequently as the ASEAN HR Lead for Technology & Engineering from 2017 to 2017. From 2017 to 2021, Aylwyn was employed at Glanbia as the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager for ASPAC. Currently, Aylwyn holds the position of Talent Acquisition Lead for Asia Pacific at Symrise AG.

Aylwyn Gan has a background in Global Affairs and International Relations from New York University. They also hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from James Cook University. Additionally, they have studied Psychology at James Cook University. Aylwyn has obtained certifications in Personality & Ability Assessment from SHL in 2021, Inclusion During Difficult Times from LinkedIn in 2020, Remote Work Foundations from LinkedIn in 2020, and Leading at the Speed of Trust from FranklinCovey in 2019.
