Bernd Hoffmann

Bernd Hoffmann has a comprehensive work experience in various roles and positions. Bernd has worked at Symrise AG since 2001, where they have held several management positions. In their most recent role as Director of Business Planning, they were responsible for the Sales & Operation Planning process in the EAME region and developing a 5-year Growth Plan. Prior to this, they were the Demand Planning Manager, responsible for implementing an integrated planning routine. Bernd also served as the Global Flavor Business Transformation Manager, overseeing efficiency and productivity programs. Before joining Symrise AG, they worked at Deutsche Telekom, where they held various roles in management and controlling.

Bernd Hoffmann attended the Fachhochschule der Deutschen Telekom Berlin from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a degree in Nachrichtentechnik. In 2009, they also completed a TPM Koordinator program at Conor Troy Unternehmensberatung. In 2018, they further pursued a Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt certification at Steinbeis-Transfer-Institut Business Excellence.
