Bonita Haikalis

Bonita Haikalis has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and project management. Bonita began their career in 1991 as an Investment Accounting Officer at Westpac Group and later worked as a Remuneration and Benefits Consultant. In 1995, they joined Willoughby City Council as a Payroll Manager before moving to Meat & Livestock Australia in 1998. At MLA, they served as a Human Resources Generalist and later as the Human Resources Manager, overseeing global HR functions and partnering with various departments. In 2014, Bonita became a self-employed Independent HR Professional and Project Manager. Bonita then joined Symrise AG in 2016 as the Head of Human Resources for Oceania.
