Michael Imperiale is a seasoned technical perfumery expert with extensive experience in fragrance applied research spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Applied Research at Symrise AG since August 2015, Michael excels in collaborating on innovative fragrance projects across various categories, including air and home care. Prior to this role, Michael held positions at Firmenich Inc. as an Associate Scientist, contributing to the Reinvent The Toilet Collaboration, and at International Flavors and Fragrances, where responsibilities included lab-scale formula optimization and physical analyses of fragrance products. Michael holds a Master of Science in Physical Chemistry and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Rutgers University - Newark.
