Natasha Nobre

Natasha Nobre is an accomplished Product Application & Development Technologist with expertise in culinary applications, currently leading projects at Symrise AG since August 2021. Previously, Natasha worked at Kerry as an RD&A Technologist focused on meat product solutions for the UK and Ireland, and at Moy Park as a Product Innovation & Development Technologist overseeing cross-functional projects. Natasha's early career involved roles at AllinAll Ingredients Ltd, where product reformulation and optimization were key, and as a freelancer translator. Additional experience includes positions as a Technical Customer Specialist at Blend Coberturas and a trainee in a dairy laboratory at Tecnolat - ITAL. Natasha holds a degree in Food Engineering from Universidade Federal de Sergipe and a diploma in Business Operations from Dublin Business School.
