Rafael Manzon has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several years. Rafael started their career as the General Manager at Wireless Solutions, NA from 2002 to 2004. Rafael then went on to serve as the Director of Business Affairs at the American Teleservices Association from 2004 to 2011, where they represented over 5,000 Contact Centers and managed millions in non-dues revenue. From 2011 to 2014, Rafael served as the CEO of Contact Center Compliance, where they tripled Saas revenue and developed innovative product offerings.

After that, they founded SomeIQ in 2012, where they generated over 10 million dollars in sales for call center, healthcare, workforce management, and technology brands. Rafael then became the President of ConnectCom BPO from 2015 to 2017, leading the sales and marketing team to secure multi-million dollar opportunities.

Rafael's entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish Physiocare Home Healthcare in 2018, where they took on the role of Owner. Physiocare focused on providing superior care to patients through specialized therapists and nurses. Finally, in 2018, they joined Otto.bot as the VP of Partner Development, overseeing all sales activities and successfully onboarding major brands, NFPs, and City Governments.
