Nathan Jones

Nathan Jones has extensive experience in customer operations and success, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Operations at Synack, Inc. since June 2018, where previous roles included Senior Director and Director of Operations. Prior to Synack, Nathan held the position of Managing Director at Business Intelligence UK Ltd and served as a Senior Delivery Specialist within the UK Civil Service. Nathan's earlier career included roles as Principal Management Consultant at Atkins and Senior Business Analyst at Gamma Projects. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from The King's School, Canterbury, a Bachelor of Science in Network Management & Security from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, and an HND in Computer Science from Wrexham University.
