Jake Miller

Jake Miller is an experienced professional with a diverse background in functional consulting, technical support, and maintenance roles. Currently serving as an Associate Functional Consultant at SYNACT, Inc., since March 2024, Jake previously held positions as a Power Platform Functional Consultant at Dynamic Consultants Group and Power Learn Academy from late 2023. Prior to these consulting roles, Jake gained valuable experience at Hallmark Cards as an Order Processor and at Clay County MO as a Maintenance Technician, where responsibilities included general maintenance and repairs on various systems. Jake's early career includes roles as an Industrial Equipment Operator at Vistar, an Installation Technician in HVAC at Climate Control Heating and Cooling, and Facility Support Technician and Assistant Manager at QuikTrip, focusing on facility maintenance and customer service. Jake holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Mass Communications and Theology from Benedictine College and completed a program at Coding Dojo in 2022, enhancing technical skills.
