Froilan Co is an accomplished software technology leader with extensive experience in developing and executing technology strategies. Currently serving as the Head of Software Technology at Synacy since March 2019, Froilan Co leads initiatives that involve adopting new technologies, launching products, and conducting risk assessments. Previously, Froilan Co held multiple roles at Synacy, including Senior Software Engineer and Technical Lead, where notable achievements included transitioning to microservice architecture. Prior roles at Monopond and Orange and Bronze Software Labs involved leading software research and development teams, while experience at Smart Communications, Inc. focused on API development for secure financial transactions.
