Jarret Lavallee

Jarret Lavallee has over a decade of professional experience in the IT industry. Jarret began their career in 2008 as a Unix System Administrator at the University of Colorado at Boulder. In 2010, they joined VMware as an Escalation Engineer specializing in Enterprise Storage with VMware products. From 2012 to 2017, they worked as a Senior Technical Consultant at International Integrated Solutions Ltd., where they designed, architected and delivered Virtualized Infrastructure, Cloud, DR, and Backup Solutions. In 2017, they joined Puppet as a Senior Support Engineer and was later promoted to Principal Support Engineer. Jarret currently serves as a Senior Customer Support Engineer at Synadia since 2023.

Jarret Lavallee attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 2005 to 2009, studying Computer Science. Jarret has obtained a variety of certifications from various institutions, including Puppet, VMware, Amazon Web Services, and Red Hat.
