Synaeda
Claudia de Graaf is a Psychologist at Synaeda since November 2021 and a Trampoline Coach at TSH Heerenveen since August 2019. Prior experience includes roles as a Begeleider at Trajectum LVB and a Psychologist in training at Verslavingszorg Noord Nederland, both in 2021, as well as a Cleaner at Aqua State Vakantiewoningen in 2020. Claudia has a distinguished athletic background as a former top-level trampoliner with NOC*NSF, achieving World Champion status in synchronized events and multiple national championships. Education includes a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Groningen, a N3 Springen leader qualification in Trampolining from KNGU, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Groningen. Academic qualifications were preceded by a VWO diploma focusing on Nature & Health/Nature & Technology from Zernike College.

Synaeda biedt geestelijke gezondheidszorg in heel Friesland,. We behandelen kort waar het kan en langer als dat nodig is. Met 8 vestigingen in Friesland zijn we altijd in de buurt. Onze digitale poli loopt voorop in zorg-op-afstand, onze wetenschappers zetten breinonderzoek op zijn kop en op dependance Synaeda Sport in Papendal is onze zorg een koploper.
