Ashley Head

Since 2003 Ashley has managed clinical affairs in companies ranging from startups to Pfizer, Abbott, and Johnson & Johnson, and has served as a Principal Consultant at Parexel (the largest CRO in the world). Prior to joining SynAgile, Ashley worked as a Global Trial Lead at Johnson & Johnson where he led a team of over 400 Clinical Operations professionals in a large global Phase III trial. Prior to that, he provided clinical consultation services in various therapeutic areas including oncology, neurology, and rare diseases. Ashley has led clinical operations of numerous clinical trials, including management of domestic and international CROs, central labs, and all participating clinical trial sites. He prides himself on his expertise in FDA compliance and inspection readiness along with his proven ability to grow and lead high-performing teams. Ashley holds a Bachelor's of Science in Chemistry from Morehouse College and an MBA from Strayer University.
