Olguta Popescu

Olguta Popescu has extensive experience in business analysis, with a focus on project management systems. Currently serving as a Business Analyst in Shared Services at Canam since January 2021, Olguta previously worked at SNC-Lavalin from 2006 to April 2020, where roles included Business Analyst for Project Management Systems, Applications Support Specialist for Project Management Systems, and Training and Project Start-up Coordinator for Project Management Systems. In these positions, Olguta was responsible for developing and implementing new functionalities, providing application support to over 2000 users, managing incidents and application changes, and coordinating training and project start-up activities across various business units.
