Matt Shepherd has over 10 years of experience in the Information Technology field. Matt started their career in 2012 as a Knowhow Assistant at Dixons Carphone, where they managed the deployment and service of customers' devices. Matt also handled the booking and tracking of repairs and returns with the repair center and manufactures. In 2015, they moved on to DBpixelhouse as an IT Technician and Audio Visual Technician. From 2016 to 2022, they worked at Superdry as a Desktop Support Technician and First Line IT Support Technician. In their role as Desktop Support Technician, they were responsible for deployment, configuration and support for Windows 10, macOS, iOS and AppleTV. Matt also had O365 Administration duties. In 2022, they joined SYNALOGiK Innovative Solutions Limited as an Information Technology Support Engineer.

Matt Shepherd completed their secondary education at Evesham High School from 2004 to 2007. Matt then attended Heart of Worcestershire College from 2007 to 2009, where they earned a National Diploma in Music Technology. Matt continued their studies at the same college from 2009 to 2011, obtaining a Foundation degree in Bachelor of Science, Foundation Degree Popular Music Technology. Finally, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Music Technology and Production from the University of South Wales in 2012.
