Awadh Vishwari

Awadh Vishwari is an experienced professional in technical customer support and program management, currently serving as the Director of Technical Customer Support at Synamedia since March 2019. Awadh has held various roles at Synamedia, including Head of Technical Customer Support for SAAS products and Head of Deployment & Customer Support for India and ASEAN. Prior to this, Awadh worked at L&T Technology Services Limited as a Program Manager and Project Manager, and at Cisco Systems as a Project Manager. Earlier experience includes positions at NDS Limited and Nagravision, where roles included Team Leader and System Engineer, respectively. Awadh's career began as a System Support Engineer at NDS Limited and includes a foundational role as a Sr. System Administrator at Combine Resources and as a Network Engineer at Bharti Infotel Ltd. Awadh holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from Doctor Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya and a Diploma in Business Administration from ICFAI University.
