Brett Granger

Brett Granger has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Brett is currently employed at Synamedia as a Principal Software Engineer since September 2019. Prior to that, they worked at CommScope as a Distinguished Software Engineer/Senior Manager from April 2019 to July 2019. At ARRIS, they held multiple roles including Distinguished Software Engineer/Senior Manager from March 2019 to April 2019 and Principal Software Engineer from May 2013 to March 2019. Brett was also a part of Google as a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff from July 2012 to May 2013 and Motorola Mobility as a Distinguished Member Technical Staff from January 2011 to July 2012. Their earlier experiences include working at Verivue, Inc as a Member of Technical Staff, Motorola as a Distinguished Member Technical Staff, Ucentric Systems as a Principal Multimedia Engineer, and Avid Technology as a Principal Software Engineer.

Brett Granger completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at Rice University from 1986 to 1992. Brett then pursued a Master of Science degree in Media Arts and Sciences at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1992 to 1994.
